Help Us Succeed

Come visit one of the most breathtaking events in the Tampa Bay area. It features some of the best entertainers, including soca and reggae artists along with drummers, food vendors, and arts and crafts directly from the Caribbean. An event like ours takes a lot of planning and a lot of help to ensure its success.

Your Support Is Needed

We are looking for individuals and organizations that are willing to be event sponsors. Your support will help us take our event to the next level and make it bigger and better each year. Our different levels of sponsorship include Gold Sponsor, Platinum Sponsor, and more. We also accept monetary donations, and they are tax deductible.

Big Events Require a Lot of Help

Even if you cannot give a donation, we appreciate your hands-on assistance. Our organization needs about 100 event volunteers to help us with setting up, breaking down, ticket collection, concession stand tending, security, and more. Schedules will vary because we will need assistance at different times throughout the day.

There are no specific requirements for event volunteers. However, those interested in assisting us have to sign up 1 month before the event. During signup, we will either meet with individuals in person or give them a call within 24-48 hours.
